Monuv is a SaaS that upgrades any surveillance camera into a Smart Camera applying Artificial Intelligence.

Monuv is able to connect with cameras and DVRs of virtually every brand and model. In addition to storing images in the cloud with enormous scalability and flexibility; Monuv makes it easy to consult the video through a software layer (web and app) with advanced features; but with simple and intuitive use. With the cameras connected to the platform; it is also possible to explore the collaborative monitoring model; in which a group of people share among themselves images from cameras of common interest. This model is popular among residents of condominiums; neighborhoods and even cities - as is the case with the City Cameras project in São Paulo. Monuv has a module dedicated to the creation and easy management of collaborative monitoring groups. Any camera connected to Monuv can have video analytics intelligence activated on it such as: - Reading of license plates - Motion detection - Detection of presence of people in the scene - Detection of absence of people in the scene - Time-lapse The camera doesn't need to have any special features; as the intelligence runs on Monuv's software. There are 2 ways Monuv can connect to cameras: - RTSP: standard protocol that most equipment has - P2P: protocol available for some approved brands Although P2P has a very simple way of connecting (plug & play); in both cases this activity is carried out by an integrating partner (camera installer or security company). When necessary; we connect our partners with the demands of end customers; ensuring that they have a share in the recurrence and technically enabling the project's implementation. Monuv's architecture as well as storage is on AWS and has a high level of security and service SLA.
