Thomas is a co-founder and General Partner of Indicator Capital. He is in charge of Investor Relations, and the M&A processes of the portfolio's startups, transforming companies into extraordinary returns. He played leadership roles as an investment banker and investor for over sixteen years, in renowned national and international companies, such as JPMorgan, Crédit Agricole, ING Bank, Bradesco BBI, and Gávea Investimentos, building a solid background in M&A operations. Concomitantly, he made several “angel investments” and was always engaged in the world of technology and digital transformation. He also serves as an observer advisor to Pernambucanas, a family business and one of the largest retailers and finance companies in the country. Throughout his career, he has developed a keen interest in the corporate governance of family businesses and negotiations.
